Silva Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Silva Sr., of St. Louis County. The bride-elect is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame at South Bend, Ind. She is employed in the Consumer Banking Division at Boatmen’s National Bank of St. Louis. Miss Kolar is enrolled in the master of business administration program at St Louis University.
