      Dorothea Mascoe Freeborn and Charles Judson Skinner, both of Ottawa, are pleased to announce their marriage on June 27th, 1981. The wedding took place at Knox United Church, Ncpean, with the Reverend Doctor Donald G. Boyd officiating. Attendants were Elisabeth (Bonnie) Campbell, daughter of the bride, and David Skinner, son of the groom. Mr. and Mrs. Skinner will be residing in Ottawa.
