      Lt. Col. and Mrs. Gould K. Holland of Arlington, Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Judith Ann, to Joe David Stumbo, son of Mr. and Mrs. James O. Stumbo of Williamson, W. Va. Miss Holland is the grand-daughter of Mrs. Orson H. Holland, 7142 El Rlancho Ave., and the late Mr. Holland. The bride-elect is a senior at Radford (Va.) College. Mr. Stumbo is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Blacksburg. The wedding will be June 19.
