    • He settled in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 1881 where he engaged in the soap making business. He later became involved in a Minneapolis quarry.       George V. Beach Dies in Belvedere
      Private funeral services were held today for George Vincent Beach, 93-year old Belvedere man who died today at his home after a long illness. A retired soap manifacturer, Beach came from Iowa a year ago to make his home at 6 Mallard road, Belvedere, with his wife, Mrs. Marian Beach who survives him. Also surviving is a stepson, Carlton Skinner, 3 Edgewater road, Belvedere.
       Services held at Keatons Mortuary in San Rafael were followed by private internment.
