      Clearwater — AKSTIN, FRANCIS W. “FRANK,” of Clearwater, died Thursday (Dec. 31, 1998) at the Memorial Hospital, Worcester, Mass. He was born in Brockton, Mass., and came here in 1977 from Worcester. He retired as a liquor salesman after 25 years with Sam Gilman Co., Boston. He graduated from Boston College and was an Army veteran of World War II where he served in the European Theater. He was a member of Our Lady of Vilna Catholic Church and the Teamsters Union Local 170, Worcester.
       Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Eleanore R Bagdis; two sisters, Genevieve Skinner, North Andover, Mass., and Antoinette Akstin, Plymouth, Mass.; and several nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Dirsa-Kazlauskas Funeral Home, Worcester, Mass.
