    • WILLIAM H. BURGE LEAVES PROPERTY TO BROTHER
      The late William H. Burge in his will which has been filed for probate bequeathed all of his property, both real and personal, to his brother, James Burge. The testator appointed his brother to serve as executor. Mr. Burge made his will Dec. 1, 1947, witnessed by Marjorie Kitner, Sue Farthing, and M. Brooks.       In the Matter of the Petition for I the Probate of the Last Will of William H. Burge, Deceased.
      TO ALL PERSONS TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN, GREETINGS. You are hereby notified that on the 29th day of September, A. D. 1952, an instrument in writing purporting to be the last will of William H. Burge, deceased, was filed in the County Court of Morgan, Illinois: also was filed a petition, asking that the said instrument in writing be admitted to probate as and for the Last Will of William H. Burge, deceased. Said petition states that the following persons are all known heirs at law, legatees and devisees of the said deceased, to-wit: James Burge, a brother of the decedent: the following children of Ella Burge Skinner, the predeceased sister of William H. Burge, deceased, Bradford Skinner, nephew of this decedent. Armour Skinner, nephew of this decedent, and Gladys Skinner, niece of this decedent. That the other heirs at law, if any, of said deceased, are unknown to said petitioner. You are further notified that the hearing of the proof of the said last Will has been set by said Court for the 29th day of November, A. D. 1952, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon in the County Court at the Court House in Jacksonville, Illinois, when and where you may appear and show cause, if any you have, why said instrument in writing should not be admitted to probate as the last Will of said William H. Burge, deceased. Geo. T. Douglas Clerk of the County Court Dated at Jacksonville, Illinois, this, the 29th day of October, A. D. 1952. M. Brooks Byus, Attorney.
