      ROCHESTER – Inda I. Robbins, 82, of McKinley Road, died Monday, March 22, 1999, at the Rochester Manor, after a long illness.
       Born Jan. 3, 1917, in Lunenburg, Mass., she was the daughter of Almont and Myrtle (Knight) Berry. Ms. Robbins had lived in Rochester for the past 31 years, previously having lived in Lebanon, Maine. She worked in the Baxter Woolen Mill as a spinner. She enjoyed square dancing, crocheting, traveling and knitting.
       Ms. Robbins was predeceased by her husband, Delmont Robbins Sr.; a son, Alvington Robbins; daughters, Enza Aubrey and Sharon Ayala. In addition she was predeceased by a longtime friend, Clarence Colwell, who died in 1997.
       Survivors include her son, Delmont S. Robbins Jr. and his wife, Michelle; daughters, Permelia French and her husband, Ken, Nancy Reiger and her husband, Otto, of San Diego, Calif.; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sister, Myrtle Glennon of Leominster, Mass.
       In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Antje Bertrand, 51 Garrison Road, Dover, N.H. 03820. There will be no calling hours. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main St., Rochester, N.H. 03867. Burial will be in the Rochester Cemetery in the spring.
