      Du dix-sept décembre mil huit cent soixante-deux à sept heures du matin. Acte de naissance de Jean Dévidas né hier soir à six heures, fils légitime de Pierre Dévidas, tailleur, âgé de trente-un ans et de Marie Teychonneau sans profession, âgée de vingt-sept ans, mariés, demeurant ensemble sur la commune de Lamarque. Le sexe de l’enfant a été reconnu être masculin. Témoins : Jean Octave Mouliets, instituteur primaire, âgé de vingt-neuf ans et Pierre Ribeau, professeur, âgé de soixante-cinq ans, domiciliés tous deux sur la commune de Lamarque. Sur la réquisition et présentation à moi faite par le père de l’enfant né. Ils ont signé après lecture.
       Constaté suivant la loi par moi Jean Bergeon, adjoint au maire de la commune de Lamarque, délégué pour remplir la fonction d’officier de l’État civil de cette commune par arrêté de M. le Maire en date du huit septembre mil huit cent soixante.
