      Harris Albert Marchant (1913 – September 25, 2017). Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed from this life peacefully in his sleep at the age of 104 to join his beloved late wife Christabel.
       He was a man loved by his family and respected by all that came to know him over his life.
       He will be deeply missed by his sons Greg (Linda) and John (Jeanette) and grandchildren Kristi, Tom, Jeff and Melissa as well as all the great grandchildren.
       The family wishes to thank the staff at Simpson Manor Private Rest Home for the loving care provided over his last few years. He enjoyed every minute. A private celebration of his life will be held at a later date. A donation to the charity of your choice in his name would be all he ever would want.
