    1. [S4] Obituary.
PETERSON, Roberta – Passed away May 18, 2006 in Roseville, CA. Roberta was born on May 31, 1924 in San Francisco, CA. She was married to Bertil Peterson for 63 years, a Cal Graduate, Navy Pilot, and Sun Maid Raisin grower, who is retired. She raised three children, Tim Peterson, Claudia Ashby, and Josel Beamer; and enjoyed her three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Of course, we all knew to take off our shoes at her front door! Roberta was an elegant lady with a flair for cooking. We can taste the pumpkin pie. She was a wonderful person of unshakeable faith, who will always remain a marvelous example and is deeply missed by her family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service for Roberta Frances Peterson at 11am on May 23 at Unity of Auburn Church, 1212 High St., Auburn, CA. Contributions can be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association.Arrangements by Chapel of the Valley 916-797-1448.
