      NORTH BERWICK – Mr. William Hobbs, a prominent citizen of North Berwick, died Friday morning, after an illness of more than nine years, his death resulting from paralysis. He was treasurer of the North Berwick Company for many years, and had held the office of town treasurer, and been a representative in the State Legislature. He leaves a widow and two daughters.
