SOUTH BEND — Kenneth Frederick Tupper, 72, of Kokomo, formerly of South Bend, died at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph Hospital and Health Center, Kokomo. Survivors include his wife, Ann; a daughter, Nancy L. Stokes of Apex, N.C.; and a son, Eric A. of East Grand Rapids, Mich. Services were held Friday in First Presbyterian Church, Kokomo. Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home, Kokomo, was in charge of arrangements.
