      Laybolt, Harvey Joseph – 48, Tantallon, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2003, in QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Clement and Ruth M. (Hirtle) Laybolt. Harvey was a member of Seabright Legion No. 116. He is survived by brothers, Edwin, Donald, Clem, Earl, and Gary; sisters, Doreen (Kenneth) Edwards, Ethel (Frederick) Orchard; Joyce (Albert) Yarn, Susan (Lloyd) Morash; a number of nieces and nephews.
       Visitation 7-9 p.m. Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy’s Cove Rd., Tantallon. Funeral Service 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 14, in St. Margaret’s Anglican Church, Tantallon, Rev. Mark Marshall officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.
