      Harry Doughty, Fort Fairfield, 56, died in a Presque Isle hospital Oct. 13th, 1976 after a brief illness.
       He was born in Fort Fairfield July 10th, 1920 the son of William and Janet (Coes) Doughty. He was manager and operator of the Aroostook Milling Co., a veteran of WWII and a member of the Bethel Baptist Church.
       He is survived by his wife, Mary (Jamer) Doughty of Fort Fairfield, 3 daughters, Pamela Harpine of Montana, Tina and Sally Doughty, both of Fort Fairfield, 2 sons, Harry Jr. of Lovell and Ray of Bath, 3 grandchildren, 10 brothers and 6 sisters.
       Burial Riverside cemetery.
