      F. M. HOZIER, 87, DIES; RITES SET TOMORROW
      Reitired Government Employee Once Served as Mayor of Dayton
       Francis M. Hosier, 87, of 1324 Monroe street, veteran retired Government employee, died Sunday in Emergency Hospital of complications due to advanced age.
       Mr. Hosier, one-time mayor of Dayton, Ohio, where he was born, was a graduate of Obelin College. Before coming here he practiced law in Dayton and in Bismarck, N. Dak.
       He is survived by two daughters, Miss Louise D. Hosier of this city and Mrs. Karl A. Kupfer of Portland, Oreg.
       Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow in Hines’ funeral home, 2901 Fourteenth street. Burial will be in Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
