      Mrs. Charles (Isobel) Haulman, 55, died at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, where she had been a patient the past 3 months following a terminal illness of more than a year. She is survived by her husband, Charles, two daughters, Mrs. Beverly Powers of Beaver and Miss Dorothy Haulman of Los Angeles, Calif., three grandchildren, also brothers and other relatives.
